Case Study

Edtech SaaS — India + SEA

Challenge

A K-12 SaaS used by 280 schools had a 32-second average task time for the most common teacher workflow, and was losing renewals to a slicker competitor.

Solution

Two-week discovery phase with 12 teacher interviews and analytics review, followed by a complete redesign of the lesson-planning and grading flows. New design system in Figma shipped with engineering implementation guidance.

Result

Average task time dropped to 9 seconds. Teacher NPS jumped from +6 to +41 in one term. Renewal rate climbed 18 points and the company closed its Series B six months later.
