Fintech / Payments — Series B, Bengaluru

Challenge

Payvault Technologies was running a monolithic Python application on a single bare-metal cluster, hitting capacity limits during Diwali traffic peaks and burning ₹38L/month on infrastructure.

Solution

We re-platformed to AWS EKS with microservices, implemented Karpenter-based autoscaling, and built a multi-AZ event-driven payments pipeline. Migration ran wave-by-wave with zero customer impact.

Result

Infrastructure cost dropped to ₹21L/month (45% saving). Peak-hour latency fell from 1.8s to 240ms. The platform now handles 14× peak load without manual intervention.
