DeFi Lending Protocol — Singapore + India

Challenge

An early-stage DeFi team needed to launch a multi-collateral lending market on Polygon with sub-$3M audit budget and a 10-week deadline before their token-generation event.

Solution

We forked and modified a battle-tested lending architecture, added isolated-margin pools, ran two parallel external audits (Hacken + OpenZeppelin), and launched with a $1M Immunefi bug bounty.
