Case Study

Multi-brand Retail Group — 11 stores + e-commerce

Challenge

A retail group ran Shopify, Tally ERP, Shiprocket, Razorpay, and 4 store-level POS systems with no automated reconciliation — 3 full-time accountants doing nightly data entry.

Solution

We built an event-driven integration layer (AWS Lambda + EventBridge + Postgres) connecting Shopify, Tally, POS, Razorpay, and Shiprocket with real-time reconciliation and an operator dashboard for exceptions.

Result

Nightly reconciliation reduced from 6 hours to 90 seconds. Two accounting roles redeployed to higher-value work. Inventory accuracy improved from 87% to 99.4%, and stock-out incidents dropped 78%.
