The Challenge
Velrose Pharma's main blister-packing line had a 7.4% unplanned-downtime rate and could not safely simulate process changes ahead of validation. Each unplanned stop cost ₹3.2L in lost output plus regulatory implications.
Our Solution
We built a digital-twin platform for the line: 3D Unity-based real-time visualization, 380 telemetry points streaming via OPC-UA, predictive ML for 5 critical machines, and a what-if simulation engine that operations teams use to test changes before applying them on the real line.
